Paying for clicks that don't turn into leads? Get a free account review

Google Ads management

Google Ads that bring in leads, not just clicks.

People searching on Google are ready to buy. The problem is most accounts waste budget on the wrong searches, track the wrong conversions and report the wrong numbers. I fix all three.

Common problems I fix

  • Broken or inflated tracking: Counting page views or button clicks as "conversions" hides what's really happening.
  • Wasted spend on irrelevant searches: Broad match without tight negatives burns budget fast.
  • Performance Max black boxes: Budget flows to low-value placements with no visibility.
  • One campaign for everything: High-intent and research searches mixed together, bidding the same.
  • Reports nobody can act on: Impressions and CTR instead of cost per lead and revenue.

Questions.

What's the minimum ad budget?

There's no fixed minimum, but the budget needs to generate enough data to optimise. I'll give you a realistic figure based on your industry's cost per click.

Do you work with Performance Max?

Yes, with proper feed optimisation, asset groups and audience signals, and alongside Search campaigns so you keep control of high-intent traffic.

How long before I see results?

Campaigns usually produce useful data within the first two weeks and settle into stable performance within 60–90 days. Fixing broken tracking and cutting wasted spend often improves cost per lead sooner.

What happens in the free account review?

I look through your account, tracking and search terms, then walk you through where budget is being wasted and what I'd change first. The call runs on Zoom or Google Meet. If it makes sense to work together, you get a written quote afterwards.

Will I own my Google Ads account and data?

Yes. The ad account, conversion data and tracking setup stay in your name. You keep everything if we stop working together.
